High quality roll production needs a good steel and a good heat treatment of the steel. Our Forged rolls are produced from high alloyed tool steels, high speed steels and PM Steels.
Our forged steel for rolls is produced from best raw materials, which is molten in electric arc furnaces. The liquid steel is poured into ingots, where it solidifies. With clean casting technology and if necessery, the ESR proces is added.The ingots are then forged, depending on the dimensional range.
